It's a great company specializing in defences and army manufacturing with engineering capabilities , the supply chain space is amazing with lots of challenges to align to government governance while operational model is of private environment

Good experience working with denel
Denel industrial denel industrial properties I love it because they don't treat you like an employee they treat us like family. I like the dact that they do activities in other to. Build relationships with their workers. And they celebrate

Good experience
Working is high pressure. I learn a lot there how to work with customers, collogues and management. I also learned how to plan quantify and deliver projects on time. The most challenging part of my job is to think outside the box to solve difficult problems.

Good systems integration experience and knowledge of the local Defence industry
Denel is a good company to acquire skills in systems engineering and technology management. The company has highly skilled engineers who are passionate about their work and committed to excellence. The trouble is that the business processes to support the engineering capability are outdated and often slow down the engineering activities.

Good experience if you want to work toward being a programmer
Am currently working as a cnc operator and I have learned to fill up paper work, so that we can account for every product Also learned to work as a team and what ever poletic you find at work don't entertain them, do what to came for and go work

The amount of technical knowlege I have gained offer the years.
The working conditions and the working area was outstanding.There were times that you had deadlines to be meet and you were asked to work overtime but that was no issue.It was a really a great company.
Pros: You always informed about were the company was moving.
