My typical day at work.
My work schedule is busy. i am required to calibrate at least 16 instruments a day. I am also responsible for our own laboratory standards. i do verification and validations on our standards. I currently hold a certificate of competence which allows me to be able to authorize work. I am learned that in this discipline there are many ways (methods) that can be followed to achieve the same and enhance the quality of results. Being open minded and thinking out of the box is a requirement. I enjoy the pressure that comes with my work. The challenge i have with my work is limitation. I feel that my field of work is broad and versatile and i require more exposure.

Aerospace Industry
The Aviation environment is ever changing. One needs to adapt quickly to all the variables that influence the aerospace industry. In my daily accounts I encounter interaction with the person working on the shop floor up to executive management level. The most important aspect of working with people on all levels is to listen and understand their problems, requirements or concerns. Misunderstanding or miscommunication must be one of the biggest obstacles in resolving issues within a company or with clients/suppliers. My biggest challenge is to understand the different systems that we use as I am often involved in solving problems related to systems that I am not familiar with.

Good Exposure
Work is adequate , 7am to 4pm shift learnt various different fields , good exposure On job training was adequate Difficult part is poor management of company

Great Learning Experience
The transition from commercial aircraft maintenance to military aircraft has been an eye opening experience. Everyday brings along new challenges which leads to new learnings that allows for interaction with a multidisciplinary team to find and implement solutions. I have over the years developed and now maintain good working relationships accross all levels within the division. Ultimately success delivery on tasks is a highlight however when faced with challenges it is always great to be able to analyze the situation/problem and developed a workable solution.

Excellent exposure
a typical work day is challenging relationship with coworkes is very good and getting along though there are days we don't see eye to eye but its not or it doesn't become personal I have learnt a lot about gorvenance I enjoy the different exposure in working with both government and provate most challenging aspect is balancing military and civil styles

Reliable fitter and turner
I have been apprentice since 2015 Feb Till I qualifie qualified and obtain my trade test Feb 2018 I am young man of 23 years who obtain Technical matric 2014 I have good communication skill together with trade skill I am able to work with group of people even individually i am looking forward to hear good news From you

Professionalism is the key
My typical day is when ,i am very grateful with the support and teamwork i get from my department, i have learned to prioritize,meet deadline,to chair departmental meeting, i enjoy the challenges whereby you get a learner whom is so passionate about their qualification then they put their trust in me to shape their future and steer them in the right direction, My most challenging aspects was when i had to train many learners which the ratio was not balanced i had to give them individual attention and that lead to delaying the training programme.
