Profile Maditaba is currently working at Deloitte Pretoria as an Analyst. She is a free thinker with an out of the box imagination. She is able to use her own initiative and work as part of a team under pressure to meet challenging deadlines. She has excellent relationship building skills and can form part of an open minded group discussion. Excellent culture
Tumelo is a Process Engineer in the Strategy & Innovation Practice at Deloitte Consulting South Africa. Prior to Joining Deloitte, Tumelo was working for Tiger Brands Culinary. He is a member of the GKIHS (Golden Key International Honour Society) and also a member of SAIIE (South African Institute For Industrial Engineering). He was the Secretary General for DIEO (Development Of Industrial Engineering Organisation) at the University Of Johannesburg. Tumelo is also an author of a published article by the International Association For Management Of Technology. Tumelo is a Social Portfolio lead for Deloitte Process Factory and also the training lead for Process Factory.
Pros: My teamwork skills where utilised fully both on my current and previous projects by collaborating on solving difficult development systems of the Organisation.

Excellent learning curve
Rebone Serage is currently a Young Professional in Training at MDS Project Execution Transnet Freight Rail. She was a Process Engineering Analyst at the Process Factory in the Strategy & Innovation at Deloitte Consulting South Africa. She studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Johannesburg. She has experience in the manufacturing industry, Petro Chemical industry as well as in the mining industry. She is a hard worker, results driven, willing to learn, self-motivated and motivated by others. She works well in teams and has the ability to work independently. Rebone has worked on different projects which were focused on improving business processes. The projects included Continuous Improvement Project, KPI Intervention Project and other small projects which involved process mapping and documentation. Rebone has developed an interest on working on business process improvement initiatives. This opportunity will give her a great chance to showcase her skills add value to the company.

I have 10 years of professional experience in various finance roles, 6 years of which have been in Management Accountant/Financial Controller roles.I have 5 years on Management consulting experience, where I worked with client Finance Stakeholders to implement SAP ERP solutions across the Finance & Controlling modules. I have 10 years of SAP experience, with 6 years of user experience and 4 years of functional experience. I have successfully completed three project lifecycles; a S4HANA on Premise implementation and 2 S4HANA Public Cloud implementations, both in the Professional services and Mining Industry.

Currently a typical day includes working remotely, the hours are quite flexible and I enjoy the fact that I am not micro managed. I have learnt alot with regards to consulting and project delivery within the professional services and mining industries. Exceptional organisational culture
A variety amongst workers, teaches you to deal with everyone in an appropriate way. Good relationships and great respect. At clients, we provide service depending on their requirements. Continuous improvement through skills gained and applied in different problem statements.

Great Opportunity to learn about corporate culture, dynamics in the work place.
-A typical work day is where I do process re-engineering for a specific department or make changes to current processes. -I had a great working relationship with my colleagues and clients. -I have learnt that adapting to change and disruptions happening around you is key. -What I enjoyed the most is: Engaging with different SME's and seeing their perspective on different topics and industries. -The most challenging aspect of the job is dealing with a difficult client or stakeholder.
