Fun work enviroment and professional and productive as well.

A day at work begins with team goals and drivers to focus on in order to help drive to goal. I learned that success is all about effort and if the effort is put in, you will be rewarded. Management at Defy is fantastic. Every manager I have had has been an excellent communicator, coach and colleague, each with their own style, and I have learned a good deal from each of them. My team is fun, tight-knit, we help each other and we push each other with friendly competition. The hardest part of the job is rejection as it is a customer service/sales environment. However, the most enjoyable part of the job is making sales, and we are rewarded well
