Call centre-service advisor
Communicating with customer on a daily basis ,booking more than 200 customer complains daily through e-mails and incoming calls.learning new ideas my colleagues and teaching the also.I enjoy to assist a customer mostly solving a problem over the phone.It become difficult when a client want to be assisted now but I always have a way keep the happy all the time.
Pros: it's very chalenging to work in the company and it makes me strong daily

Excellent knowledge of customer support
A very good experience I received as I was a Call Centre team leader leading 25 service Advisors,very vibrant and friendly atmosphere to work in. My team and I had a good relationship and understanding. We lso understood what is expected of us as we had a target audience for our team. For 3 years I was with the company one of my service Advisors got promoted to be a team leader at the call center. I have learned the importance of customer service. The call center was the busiest especially on Mondays.

Dedication is my key to sucess. i believe in doing things right the first time.
Working in this diverse environment has brought me lots of challenges, learning to cope with stress an work pressure has made me a better person. Working with different people an race groups makes me understand better about people. my job as a supervisor gave me a better understanding of the different aspects required by my employer.

I like to work with my superior because they let us to lean new things every day that can make us to improve the working skill and also to take responsibility and to take decision as a supervisor my colics are very friendly and respecting my position and they ask if there is something they don't understand

Good
As the operator i work under the procesure that are set by the company under the act of labour relations which makes a good company to work under. The challenging on the production industry is to make sure you reach the daily target also ensure that the product you producing are on high level of its qaulity standard. The communication is effective via co-workers and I enjoy if they ask clarity if they have a problem i have positivily. Ive learnt that team work is powerful

Responsible for breakdowns and fault findings. Responsible for all electrical duties including planned maintenance, repairs, services and monitoring all machines. Doing all services, repairs all electrical appliances
