Great learning experience)

Working at daymon worldwide its great learning experience i have developed great interpersonal skills. Working with ather people trains you to work well with ather people .i have different people's personalities through my colleagues. Dealing with difficult cusomers is the most challenging part of the work.

Pros: I have developed self confidence through the job
Cons: Long hours and low salary

Favoritism

Not a nice company to work for too much work and it's straneous even on weekends and Sunday it's just draining physically and emotionally ur efforts are not even recognized

Pros: None
Cons: Working on Sundays and doing plenty of work which supposed to be done by 3 or 4 people

Learning Curve

There is no growth in this company, I went from area manager to Representative because they do not have any other job available, however others was emplo bdnxnncj into new roles and people with the experience forgotten

Pros: Teaches you how to handle extreme work loads
Cons: Promotion and growth is almost non existent
