Job review

Since I am currently unemployed but my previous job was so much exciting. Nothing excites more than a lady who does something that looks like it is "men job". My relationship with my former co-workers was very educational and enthusiasm. What I enjoyed most was programming, I found it challenging and since I love to be challenged it was never defined as a challenge anymore. I have learned so many skills such as interpersonal and communication skills, but most importantly team work and how to interact very well with other people.

Pros: I would like to work at this company because I believe I have suitable skills to perform the duties. I believe I can be a good asset to the company as I will go extra mile using the expertise that I have.

Excellent communication skills

I am self employed as a street trader My typical work day is when customer do not come to by the product. I do have a good relationship with my co- workers. What I have learnt is selling the product and deal well with my competitors. What I enjoy is making cash all the time. The most challenging aspects is when people do not come to buy or moves to competitors

Skills development

The industry gave me a learning platform and I have grown a lot. Working with different people has opened my mind to many ideas...it has also changelled me to be the best I can be.

Pros: I love what do, I always give my 100 % and more.... Willing to learn and follow.
Cons: Still need to learn more about photoshop

Excellent personnel interaction

Top management must try to interact with people on the ground level in order to figure out the pros and cons experienced by the workers. In terms of the culture it's all about adapting and be willing to be open minded to different personalities

Need to work not lazy

Very nice company to work with, they have helped me grow as a person and gain new skills and experience. I enjoyed managing my own division and really enjoyed working with the guys below. I have learnt that no matter what gets promised, is not the same as what you receive. I also received 2 different certificates for 2 courses went on. I enjoy always trying to find a way to work more efficiently.

Excelent leatning curve

Hi sir/madam I have been in the customer service industry for four dedicated years.My most recent experience has been handling customer related issues,staff and business issues in general at a very managerial mannner. One reason,i particularly enjoy this business and the challenges that go along with it,is the opportunity to comnect with people.In my last job,i formed some significant customer rrlationships resulting in a 30% increase in sales in a matter of months My real strength is my attention to detail,i pride myself to reputation for following through and meeting deadlines .When i commit myself to doing something i make sure it gets done and on time. My biggest weakness is getting so absorbed in my work that i loose track of time.Everyday i used to look up and realize everyone has gone home.I know i should be more aware of the clock but since i love what i was doing i just can't think of anything else. So my biggest weakness is that i will put more work hours that everyone else.

Good work ethics, well organized environment

A typical work day starts with planning out various tasks to complete within the day. The day consists of time for production planning, time for employee grievances/problems, time for for emailing customers, liaising with customers on the phone or face to face. Invoices and filling takes place during the entire day has orders go out. Delivery Bookings need to be made and I ensure all goods are delivered.

Cons: No opportunities for promotion

Certified Parts Manager

Absolutely busy dealership. I have an excellent relationship with my colleagues and customers. The customer is always right. Working with people. The most challenging aspects of the job is to see customers leave the dealership with a smile

Supervising

Typical day involves planning,organising, problem solving, ensuring consistency, housekeeping, maintenance, machine availability and discipline on the prodution floor. I have learnt to be disciplined and firm in order to get the desired production output. I enjoy working in a team and achieving excellence at the end of each day. What I find challenging about the job is Applying the acquired supervisory skills in an environment with diverse groups of individuals in a team...eg.when introducing changes.
