It is a good company it has lots of opportunities such as training opportunities and promotion learnership and appretinceship etc it is a very good company to work for.

Great industry

Challenging working days which brings out the best in one's abilities I am a team player and a leader who takes initiatives and review others towards correcting me and vice versa. I have learnt a lot since I have joined Cullinan Diamond Mine, diversity is one of them and grew my knowledge through different departments I have worked at to maximise my capabilities and abilities in terms meeting with requirement and the importance of every link in each department towards achieving the same goal as the organisation. What I enjoy most is the challenges I come across because they enable me to use my intellect and resources at my disposal to attain maximum goals

Pros: Great opportunity for progress and sustainability
Cons: growth is minimal

I have learned to take care of my safety and for my colleagues safety as well.

I am able to operate the plant, assist in the maintanance of the plant. Attending to any production breakdown and making sure that the problem is solved. I do daily plant inspections and report any unsafe acts or conditions found.

Pros: I will bring the skill that I have achieved on my previous work.
Cons: I can work long hours or even overtime if needed. I am currently working contops shifts and I don't see any problem with that.

I have learned to take care of my safety and for my colleagues safety as well.

I learned to work in groups and individually, I learned to communicate well with other people, I am able to handle stress and to work overtime or extra hours and my boss knows that too because whenever they need someone to help on other projects, He would consider myself first.

Pros: I will bring the skill that I have achieved on my previous work.
Cons: I am currently working 12 hours a day ( contops shift).
