Excellent learning curve; Valuable experience gained

Ctrack has great product and have come a long way during the 5 years I have been employed there with regards to systems, processes and client services. Co-worker relationship suffered due to favoritism from SOME managers and I have learned that to be in-disposable to a company sometimes you have to be someone your not comfortable being. Ctrack is falling into a trap whereby employees are becoming just numbers and not people anymore

Excellent

Is a good company according to me,they give job training to understand they way they do things in their company. As a technician my duty was to install and de-install tracking units, repairs and maintain unit and also vehicles wiring system

All systems and checks are working and in place after 2 years

Ctrack is a international company with a worldwide foot print. My department is currently running smooth with a stock control well within the allowed parameters. The team I put together is working like a well oiled machine. I am currently seeking a more challenging career where I can apply my experience and knowledge to the benefit of a company.

Pros: Solid company
Cons: Position not chellenging and it feels as if I am stagnationg

A journey well enjoyed

It was exciting to be at work as I really enjoyed my job.My attitude was right and the environment for working was the best.I communicated well with my colleges and also with my superiors. I always did my best to meet the targets or deadlines and I often sacrificed my life I would say to get the job out or to assist where I could.I learnt to share my knowledge and I believe it will enable me to grow even more.The best times where with my colleges when we just joked with each other and laughed.I think that's how the time went.It motivates a person also at doing their best because you are joyful. I believe my superiors really enjoyed working with me as I never let them down.

Excellent learning curve

On a typical day its like any other job working in a workshop with colleagues but then mostly it is challenging cause i have to maintain a steady work rate because i liaise with clients who at times are very impatient. In actual fact this job has taught me to become a strong willed person, fast and very accurate as i have little to no room for mistakes and it molded me into a perfectionist.
