Working Environment

CTP Cartons and Labels is a manufacturing company specilaizing in fast food package. When i was employed at CTP i had no technical knowledge of board or machines but now i have some knowledge. I am one of 4 senior managers at the plant. The job is very challenging but I am well equiped to handle it. I have a good relationship with all managers and supervisors and staff. Most challenging aspect of my job is to train employees. Our plant runs 24 hours so employees work from Monday to Friday on a 3 shift cycle. To get employees away from their jobs is very challenging.

Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: Alot of red tape

Trying your best is not Good enough

Great Opportunity offered by Human Resource to join the company and gain Experience in the field, but being treated as if you know nothing by your Engineer is a total set off, being watched every minute of the day to see what you are doing. Trying your best is not Good enough in his eyes.

Pros: Great Production staff to work with
Cons: Unpleasant working when you being treated unfairly

Not bad for gaining experience

its a good company to work for when you want to gain experience but coming to growth as an employee you dont grow since there,s no much opportunities.

It’s a learning experience on a daily basis

I hair you want to gain experience then you can work for the company,but if you are looking for growth and a great salary then you are at the wrong place

Pros: Great place to work if you wana gain experience
Cons: Salary are less than market related

Good learn curve

I have learned to work with group of people because we work as pair four on the machine I enjoyed that we work together nicely great team work you learn to even run the machine
