Excellent learning curve

Great pace to learn but its hard work for long hours with low salary. They would rader hire someone new than give someone that knows the operation the promotion.

I am willing to learn new things all the time

I sifiso ncube will like to say it always nice to be at work place ii njoy my work as a driver my relationship with my college it's very good all the time when we meet we share Indies talking about job and life in general I've learned to humbly my self and respect other people like to be in a nice environment no and happy all the time bu I am not scared of the challenges the most aspects of the job is to do my best all the time

EXCELLENT LEARNING OPPORTUNITY, POOR SALARY STRUCTURE

THERE HAS BEEN NO INCREASE I N THE PAST 4 YEARS AND NO BONUS. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE LEAVE DURING THE YAER AND END OF THE YEAR THEY ONLY GIVE US 1 WEEKS LEAVE PAY.

Pros: YOU GET PROMOTED WITH NO DIFFERENCE TO YOUR SALARY
Cons: LONG WORKING HOURS, NO INCREASE, NO BONUS, UNDER PAID. SATURDAYS YOU WORK FOR FREE.

Quick learner. Dedicated. Honest. Attention to detail

I am a very hard worker who strives for excellence. I always go the extra mile and am dedicated. I have been in logistics for around 11 to 12 years and I still have a lot to offer.

Very good learning curve

I work in a good environment and all the stuff is well monitored and has a very good working relationship. The work load is too much but manageable and sometimes we work early mornings and late nights. The remuneration is not satisfactory as i believe it is less than average. There are no year end functions and hardly any bonuses. I enjoy working with different people and in different atmosphere as well as travelling.

Always willing to stride and succeed

I like interacting and being involved with my work colleagues to help them even if it's not my job learning brings success.in my current job in transport its important to make the driver comfortable as possible due to long distance driving,i have leant alot about transport and the responsibilities of the industry I enjoyed responding to queries liaising with clients the most challenging aspect of my job is when we get a hijacking or vandalising of the trucks it takes speed and quick thinking to get this task fulfilled to for the safety of the driver.

High paced environment, taught me to work proactively and to have a hands-on approach.

Very difficult work environment, a lot of stress. Deadlines are a battle to keep up to due to the fast laced environment difficult environment to maintain relationships ent.

Pros: Good space to grow your experience and develop skills
Cons: 55-60 hour work week
