I was creating accounts for customers

I was creating accounts for customers at retail stores such as Edgars,Ackermans and jet. My company was associated with Edcon retail stores helping them in creating accounts for customers. I was working for 8:00 am to 17:00 pm. I had a good relationship with my colleagues and I learnt to how to multi task work when dealing with two or more customers at the time. I enjoyed my lunch times because me and my colleagues were caring because we shared food. The challenging aspects was to deal with an angry and Moody customers.

I have worked good with all people in the place that I'm at now

Credico is a developing business in which you build yourself in the business to a managerial level .it is an intense business in which you develop sense of urgency and other aspects needed by a sales consultant and you obtain the knowledge of running a company

Pros: You get promoted each time you hit a certain production
Cons: We working from 05:30 am till 18:00

Great learning experience sine u start as a door to door sales representative.

I am a hard working individual that is not afraid of challenges. I make sure that everything that is given to I problem solve and make the best out of what ever I am working with, just give me a chance to prove my worth.i am able to work with people was working with more the 30 people every single day I was not easy to manage all for them but since I had a good relationship with them it was easy for me.if u appoint me just know your company is in the right hands as I am a good learner, listener and a leader.

Pros: I was a sales representative in an month was promoted to a training manager then in 5 month I was promoted to assistant manager after 6 months I was promoted then to CEO.
Cons: Was working 6am to 6pm

Nice company to work for

Nice place to work for, for example i was not very good speaking with people but now i am better thank to them. Also you learn to work alone and in a team also. I was npw atarting to manage or supervise few people it was bit challenging at first because i was dealing with other people's behavours however it was exciting

Pros: that you can make as much as you like in terms of money
Cons: same times the people in your team are not in the same page as you

Great learning program

My First experience was working for Credico as an Independent sale's Agent from 2016 August till 2018 August, I was team leader training and showing new people in the company the basics of doing direct marketing (sale's). But I am Currently am working for Edcon as a Customer Service Consultant from 2018 October, helping customers to get Edcon Credit Card, Financial Services and resolving Queries on the Customers Credit Card's. What I enjoyed most is working with people in fun enrollment but doing professional Job, working as a team, grooming each other, also learn doing sales, dealing with different Customers, resolving customer queries, working under pressure. Most challenging is dealing with Customer Queries

Excellent learning and growth

I've been working for this company almost 2 years. I've learnt a lot in this company.there is a growth in this company and working in this company has changed my being,now I'm good at communicating with people in a professional way and excitement. They build a good relationship with their employees. What I enjoy the most was to talk to my customers because I'm a friendly person naturally. Yes ,there will be customers who will give you hard time while working but what i like about our company I that they taught us how to deal with such customers (overturn the negative). But now I'm looking forward to work with other companies in order to grow and maximise my knowledge.

I'm a hard worker goal driven individual with a National Diploma in Marketing, An Individual who work hard to excel at his work an meet sales target, takes very serious of the company image and representing it in a professional manner ,see my self growing within the company for bigger position throw my working ethics

Very good learning curve
