Excellent learning curve

Love my job but its feels im going no where..same old same old...every day its the same thing chasing targets and keeping a eye on possible shoplifters... No extra incentives for making store targets every month. You have to train individuals yourselve with no extra salary at month end...People get appointed in positions they not qualified for...
