Excellent learning curve

Excellent in learning things where m working to have more experience

My reviews at my previous company was to training staffs,sending report s to month to month basics, selling product insurance for Hollard life insuranc, making calls and receiving calls to assist clients.my relationship with my co workers was social and excellent, I enjoy working in the open pools office environment. The most challenging aspect was the language course I don't relate to some languages.

Great company, potential to grow

I enjoy my time in the company but I would like to learn from someone already in the industry and push myself further. I wand to develop my self and skill better in the field of analytics and dat mining. My job entails daily reports to the directors about the sales performance. I also do commission calculations for field agents which is tricky because field agents dont always know how much money is due to them in terms of commission, which causes complains.

Pros: Good company culture.
Cons: Only analyst in the company, not enough time.

Excellent learning cuve

Wonderful company and the management is so great it feels like home you connect the work environment. You get motivated when you enter the working place. And i enjoyed learning new things and improve my self. It shall always be the place to remember.

Pros: There is room for improvement
Cons: It depends on the target but 8 am to 6mp

Self - motivated

I am young ,energetic and eager to get to the top.I'm always ready for challenge and thirsty for new opportunies .i take whatever its been given to me with both hands because i understand that we only live once and everything starts with one step at the time.i believe that winners are made not born ,and its clearly up to me to strive and achieve or sleep and loose .so I wanna embrace and strive to achieve more and not forgetting to take the company's best interest at heart and be a team player because when a member in a team loses we all loose as a team but when a member wins ,we all become winners.

Pros: I was a field sales agent but now I work at the call centre
Cons: I am working from 8:00am -18:00 pm Mondays-fridays and 2 compulsory Saturdays

Excelent learning and gaining expirience

The work was bases on sales and it was good me because I have communication skills and I'm talkertive person. When comes to payment it was bad because basic salary was R1700, then 1 client was R100 which was not good for me pending on my needs and transport. My salary was based on the number of client how many clients that I get.

Pros: It good because they promote due to hard work
Cons: lesa workin hours

Excellent learning curve , ability to grow.

very busy day from morning to evening. building relationships with various ethnic groups I have grown from strength to strength . very vast diversity the directors are very friendly and interact with employees on a day to day basis . as HR I believe in an open door policy which enables the employees to feel free to come to me when and if they have any issues .

Young upcoming company

It was a pleasure to work for the company. The teamwork and support was great. The promotion of products for the blue Chip company was easy due to their brand. Had the opportunity to start as head of sales, then also took over the QA and Inbound departments. Started the retentions campaign which has started off on a positive. Working jointly with HR to deal with disciplinary issues due to staff non compliance was a big positive to ensure that the right message was conveyed to the teams to allow progress in the business. Had the opportunity to promote some agents to be leaders, which also provided confidence for others to become highly positive and become better performers.

Pros: Was allowed to manage and make decisions on my own
Cons: Discipline from some staff were not in line
