i learned how to work with VIP pay roll.

I have worked for this company for more then two year i am working as an admin clerk in HR i learned a lot in HR i learned how to work with VIP pay roll. and i enjoyed to be involve in management task like one day they gave me the management task to do the presentation using Power Point, that was a learning curve for me to create a 35 slides of presentation and be successful. i did And user IT computing so they know that i am good when it comes to computer applications.

Pros: You get to work with top management
Cons: You must really know what you doing because we working with salaries

Good and excellent, full work balance and career

My relationship with my co-workers is very good we have good understanding. I have have learn a lot a the company such as filling and other admin work. The thing i enjoy most i filling because you just put things in order. The most challenging thing is when there is a lot of work then no one helps me.

Pros: There is an excellent learning curve for the fresher as well as for experienced person
Cons: salary is not right every month i must ask.

Good relationship with clients

As it's a ownerdriver company we as assistants don't deal with a company directly we're being paid by the owner drivers and we spend a lot on transport even if we can have suggestions it can't be heard as the company deals directly with the drivers

Pros: Very slim chances for growth
Cons: Long hours
