Excellent learning experience

I am a highly motivated and organised professional with 9 years’ experience in the FMCG environment. Job securoty

Cannot plan your day as many queries comes your way. Good relationship with about 12 debtor staff and 6 creditors clerks and sales. To reconcile accounts and do follow up. Learnt to have lots of patience within my job environment and leqrning new things everyday. The most challenging aspect is to have clean accounts

Interested to cooperate with employers and fellow colleagues

Like to we work day shift to cooperate with My FD elloll colleagues and and management is VB one of my strength driving in my previous post never involved in any accidents I LP like driving allot and is the job done hat I have done most the most challenging in driving s is just to be careful on the road to avoid in driving I have alot of if references are available if needed accidents experience

Fast pacedchallenting environment

Cream of the crop Credit Controller. Funky and Vibrant, almost senior lady. Currently working my notice period with current employer, and am excited to re- enter the job market and utilise my extensive skills and experience.

Excellent learning experience

Boring and cruel. In the beginning, it's OK because you want to learn but as you get in and learn the ways of the company it's actually not nice , the company is ok, it's the manager s at that pace.

Management

I assist the chief Operating officer with the following: Daily appointments which I enjoy communicating with different clients. Assisting my management team Working with the employees, managers, assisting executive directors Ensuring guest are felt welcome Taking minutes weekly and monthly of meetings by being apart of improving the business. I have learnt the importance of making the company a success by assisting the team. Meeting deadlines daily has taught me the importance of a successful Personal Assistant.

Pros: I have grown within myself with the pressure to ensure the business is successful
Cons: Working long hours which I am dedicated to give my full attention in order to assist the company to my full attention

Alot to learn very fast paste

Staff are over worked, alot of unhappy staff at the company but management is trying to change this. Some managers are excellent some are the worst I have seen but the culture will grow you and make you strong for any company

Cons: Hours is not enough for the work load

Good working environment

my work does have a good working environment but I want a better job that is good for me and a better salary is what I want on my new job , my job description was to pick and pack and seal meat package sometimes scale it and make sure its in good condition.

Pros: there no great promotions
Cons: 10 hours

Day is full

Credit Control One of the most exciting jobs Dealing with customers daily Orders need to be captured by 10.00 Money needs to be received by 13.00 Orders need to be released by 14.00 Payments need to be captured Delivered invoices need to reconciled Constant excitement through the day

Pros: Great teamwork
Cons: Not much help from management

Good company to work for, communication not up to par, no feedback or information shared

A typical work day(everyday) consist of dispatching store orders correct and timeously with product temp correct at all times(morning). Then packing, wrapping stacking afternoon orders for a specific store(afternoon). Inbetween also making up of drop orders that come thru hourly. Monitoring my floor staff(35) continously during shift educating and training inbetween. I've learned that scheduling ure workday and sticking to you're plan as best possible, brings stability and success with productivity. I enjoy the thrill of pushing to meet targets and achieving it. Challenges daily is working with short staff and canceled orders.

Pros: Promotion comes in good time
Cons: Long hours, upto 7 days a week
