Being a leader in visual merchandising

On a day to day basis I implement and run in store promotions to increase company sales. Do micro managing of our products by frequently analysing the amount of money made by various products.

Company has good benefits but growth is slow.

Work according to a working schedule. Certain things to be done within a time limit. Customer Service driven. Long hours and shifts. Company has good incentives.

Pros: Great benefits and incentives
Cons: Hours are quite draining, you do more work than what you get paid for.
