Developed better customer relations

In a world we're everyone has needs, its my job as marketing and sales manager, to supply. A typical day require to make 2 presentations a day to a marketing that doesn't even know what I've got to advertise. Ive got 30 mins to Set up a display, market and sell. So far very successful for 4 years. Ive managed to build a solid customer base, that trust and respect me. I deal with a lot of queries and customer related issues. In this process I've learned a lot about priorities in people, their needs and mostly what they like. I enjoy my clients and the hard work that pays off when they are happy. I've got a great team that I work with. I'm also responsible for their presentation training and standard evaluations. The most challenging aspects of my job is when conditions outside of my planning arise and you need to change on the moment. But its what keep it interesting.

Excellent learning curve

In my present role I enjoy the dynamic environment and have an excellent understanding of the processes and procedures in office administration, finance and other. we are given an opportunity to learn new things each day but the only problem is when it comes to Salary we are always underpaid.

In my present role I enjoy the dynamic environment and have an excellent understanding of the processes and procedures in Human Resources Management. I am also aware of the manner in which staff can contribute positively towards one another.

Growth levels

Typical work day consist of typing most of the day answering calls from clients or other members of staff, also assisting agents with there products and equipment they will need in the field

Great development

I have a great relationship with my co workers and my day typically starts at 5am and ends at 5pm,I have learnt to handle different people based on their demographics and I love working with people.
