Exposure to all aspects of business

The company has lost virtually all the technically competent staff. Result is serious management, technical and procurement problems to be addressed. Projects were undertaken without proper planning, costing or scheduling.

Pros: Great breadth of experience acquired.
Cons: Political environment.

Excellent communication and learning skills

Excellent learning curve

We always had busy days due to booked patients and walk in patients. Two working days were never the same. My relationship with my co-workers was good and we got along in every way. I have learned that it is in-portent to strive to keep the needs of the patients a priority and to treat them with respect. To see the good results after operations and the smiles on the patients faces was speechless. Learning the medical terms of conditions and how it is treated. The most challenging aspects was when one has to inform a patient that their medical aids will not cover the operations they needed in an Orthopedic aspect.

Cons: To inform patients the medical aid did not pay the necessary operation in full, and large amount of money outstanding

Excellent learning curve

I worked in the Finance Section, Debt and Liability, Salaries and Payroll, Budget, I also worked at Supply Chain Management Dealing with Assets and Logistics For all these years I never had any criminal record. I am willing to overstay the office to chase time frames that made me an asset in my previous employers, To me to be good at work is not an attribute but the first duty of an officer in a working environment.
