Excellent administration of my financial matters as a contracter.
As a SAP contractor I have worked at many different companies the past 23 years. My longest project was with SAPO (11 years). I did not get many chances to attend courses. Was usually "thrown in at the deep end" and succeeded to survive every time! I have presented more courses than those I have attended! This includes SAP Work Bench at SAPSA itself. What i like most is to start with the technical system design, then the technical detail spec's, develop, train and final implementation / support. I like to work in a team, particularly as team lead. I always ensure I stay up to date with latest trends in SAP, particularly the "wishes and commands" of SAP AG! Blessings - Johan Nel ( JC )

Lifelong learning and personal development
My typical working environment is that Mondays are meant for finalising full work schedule for the week. Fridays between 2pm and 3pm, my team and I plan for the following week and we use the hour and half to reflect on the ending week and deliberate on encountered challenges. As a manager I prefer to establish a seamless communication channel with co-workers to ensure any staff member can share ideas. I make sure the environment is conducive for all staff members to ensure we are able to engage one another constructively and we are also able to learn from each other. I have learnt over the last 11 years as a manager to lead by example and to create an atmosphere of symbiotic working relation as a way of maintaining productivity and motivation. I am on a lifelong learning journey personally and professionally. This enables me to continuously seek capacity enrichment and building in order to grow professionally. The most challenging aspects of my career is dealing with unpredictable people at all levels

Professional Assessor/Moderator
I work from home - have zoom contact with clients who currently are mainly in Middle East where I am assessor and lead IV in area of Leadership Training. My biggest client has won the company to work for award a couple of times in Dubai. I enjoy interacting with others and the freedom, working from home, to structure my work day to meet my deadlines, around my child and home life.

The work is stimulating. However salary and income is variable. I have worked with a number of diverse companies ranging from 500 to 80 ppp employees.

Excellent learning curve
My current position is heading the contracts management division within the supply chain department at Airports Company South Africa. I review and consider board recommendations and draft contracts which bind the company on goods and or services to be procured. I negotiate favorable terms and conditions under which we are to be contracted on. I vet contracts for the company and approve all uploaded contracts on the system. I liaise with all all departments that may be procuring goods at any given time for the company and advise on potential risks involved.

Excellent carrier path.
I am a 30years old young woman who is currently seeking employment in any job position available in the banking industry, I have good customer service skills as I have been in the industry for over 5years I worked mainly with corporate companies but o am open to new and challenging opportunities.
Pros: Good starting point if you want to be in the corporate sector.
Cons: Long working hours with not enough overtime payment.

Daily worked with all changes and planned releases into production across various applications
Daily went thru all changes and analyse possible impact changes might have on each other for the same deployment slots, took these questions into daily CAB meeting Attended PI planning sessions with various applications to determine and highlight possible impact areas and time slots forecasted for next three months.
