Beautiful place n people

Great place I wouldn't mind going back and working for them. If they could come back to south Africa .and change the long hours. It was great indeed with good management. And the lunch we had was support can't forget it

Credit card

Employees were great, 5pm to 2am shift, a lot of pressure as you had to deal with peoples credit cards and it was a network company do we had to make sure customers hv signal and also help with internet issues. 5 days a week and 2 off days. Enjoyed learning different cultures from customers and different accents.. It was always busy do you had to take about w50 calls or more per day

Being able to take a huge amount of calls in short period of time.

I enjoyed working in a vibrant environment,and helping people everyday ,it was always clean, the company would not pay employees in fool. The company fired people for no reason and never paid back money they owed.

Pros: The is always a customer to help

Excellent and positive working environment

Conduent was the best company to work for. I have learn in a short period of time. Conduent always given us opportunities to learn and had all the resources for us to learn and expand. The workshops that were booked for us every week for us employees to learn and expand as much as we can.

Excellent

I am hard working individual who is hungry for success. I always give my full attention to anything that I do and ensure success in it. I am target driven and passionate about managing a team and assisting customers. I am a trend setter. I currently work as an Acting Operations Manager with 12 Supervisors reporting to me and I report directly to the General Manager.

Fast learner and target driven individual.

working at Conduent is like getting to learn and engage with different people everyday. My Co-Workers are there to support and educate me.I have learnt to seek first to understand and mostly the communication in corporate world.

Pros: Theres an opportunity to grow.
Cons: Long working hours.

Great opportunities

Offers more opportunities to it's employees. No strategic plan. No clear action plan to meet business requirements. No proper training middle managers/staff. Unclear vision and miss on.
