I am a Proffesional Candidate that comes with Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills.

A very relaxed yet professional workplace , colleague's are more like friends and very helpful. I had limited knowledge of investments before computer and how the JSE works but I have learned quite a lot. I mostly enjoy the fluctuate share price for companies on the JSE , the companies that are doing well. most challenging would be the shareholders who just place the money and invest and doesn't know how the market works and that its a risk.

Pros: working hours are perfect.
Cons: Salary doesnt not motivate you , its limited and its under an agency.

Nice experience

very nice working enviroment i have a very good relationship with my co-workers i learnt a lot i did not know anything about shares but now i can even write a book a bout share ,i enjoy the working hours being able to assist all the time if not escalate queries to the relevant departments.most challangin is that the place is a bit far from were i leave and i feel underpaid and i have been temping fot a long time.

Pros: great opportunity about learning about shares
Cons: lond waiting period to be made permanant

Excellent learning curve and experience

I have completed my audit plan timeously with commitment and dedication to my work. I always get along well working with a team to accomplish my objectives. Proper planning and documenting syatem descriptions to understand business well and its associated risks and internal mitigating controls always strenghtens the success of achieving my goals

On a day to day basis I update shareholder accounts I have a good relationship with my co-workers I have learnt more about shares and the market The most challenging aspects of my job is working with a lot of different companies, as some of these companies have different requirements

Pros: Flexi times at work
Cons: No performance increases and annual increases

Learning, growing and understanding.

I'm not currently working for payroll but I've studied it and I'm very interested in following this stream as I've always loved it but never had an opportunity to. But I'm a very dedicated individual whos a quick learner and is willing learn and prosper within this company.

A typical day, liaising with directors regarding there up coming annual general meeting services, risk management, client relationship management and operations management. Ensuring the department runs smoothly and proving quality services.

Excellent learning curve in respect of listed companies.

My typical; working day is busy with a very good relationship with my co-workers. Everybody is friendly and helpful. Did a lot of work on listed entities and was involved in listing of companies (only secretarial word). A lot my copworkers specialize in minute taking where I am more of an administrator.

Pros: Good to know how listed companies work.
Cons: Very stressfull

High pressured work environment

I work in a high pressured industry we deal with payments due to clients which amounts to millions of Rands daily, I high level of honestly and integrity is required and working accurately. We work in a team of eight and we are very helpful and supportive of each other

Pros: It's challenging
Cons: No room for promotions
