Gain more experience

It is an extremely busy environment. We work smart and not hard. They require hr support 24/7 ,hence the reason why I work night shift. I have a very good relationship with the co workers. It's best to keep it strictly professional in order to keep a great relationship and respect others beliefs and option. I have learnt that it's not the small that eats the big,but it's the fast that eats the slow.the thing I enjoyed the most was the style of how we worked as a team ,which is always willing to assist each other where needed. The most challenging aspect was dealing with people who dealt with drugs and being under the influence because the process was not concrete.

Pros: An opportunity to improve and gain more experience.

Would love this job because I love to prosper in life and is stricken with quality

Working with quality assurance you have to be alert and very active , you need to make sure everything is done correctly and not a mistake is done , I love to take pride in whatever I do , and I got full concentration on my work or what ever i do

Cons: Long work , less pay

Excellent learning curve and growth of opportunities

Excellent learning curve and growth of opportunities. We would start working at 09h00 but we should be there at 08h45 latest and leave at 17h30 on regular days but sometimes 19h30 and alternative Saturdays from 09h00-13h00. Great co-worker relationship friendly and kind. Learnt most of the sales knowledge that I have from the training to the experience I got there how to build repo, object handling, product knowledge, flexibility, thinking on my feet, etc. The felt more connected to the company because its all I knew and I couldn't let go and what was so challenging is that I became a perfectionist and I wanted to do everything myself.

Pros: Learnt a lot from the company and the people in the same industry
Cons: Long hours and less pay
