Team player

Currently working at CNA is heartbreaking because it is going through Business Rescue. We have retrenched close to 50 Head office staff with over 60 stores closed. My days are totally hectic recently as we need to step in different shoes currently. I am now assisting in Marketing with Social Media and POS to store also doing my day job in Online and customer service.

Pros: Definitely growth in learning different aspects and Management is awesome
Cons: Been in BR this times when we need to make alternative even if it is out of your own pocket

I learnt to operate a front office(Cashier) as well as back office(back office)

I really enjoy my stay at CNA but I would like to get a Job that i have studied for in order to achieve my dreams.I have learned many things e.g How to communicate with customers and also how to take care of the assets of the business. The most challenging thing that i have met was when one of my colleaque received the stock wrongly and i saw It would be better if I give a call to the head office and they did gave me a solution, I then did the way they told me and it worked.

Pros: The more you sell is the more you earn
Cons: eight hours per day and over time is two hours

Excellent learning curve

CNA was the first company i worked for after dropping out at college.i started as a casual 2years back and within that year i got promoted and became a supervisor. My duties were mostly based in customer service and at some times i was a receiving clerk, cellphone consultant (sold phones) When my manager was offer duty use to play a role of being a manager incharge Ive gained a lot of experience at CNA. What i realy enjoyed the most is working with people being given a chance to solve problems that customers came with creating a good team environment.

Pros: Great opportunity as promoter
Cons: long working hours
