Clockwork Media only looks good on the outside until your in the inside, it's a hell hole.

Very fast paced and challenging, lack of structure and leadership from the top. A lot biased organisation, rather toxic environment and no structure as the wrong people who know nothing about their jobs are put in the wrong positions. If you not part of an alliance or the "elite" group of people than forget about getting any form of recognition which will result in you being held back in your career as career development and mentorship is not a focus area when it comes their employees.

Growth Propellant

Working at Clockwork Media has been a great experience. There is a big focus on ensuring the cultures remains at a constant as it is an important aspect of staff retention. There is a large focus on address issues raised by staff. Above all else, I have learnt to become assertive and stand my ground. I have been given a lot of growth opportunities as well. Although being thrown in the deep end is never a bad thing, the lack of support when required is an issue. Overall, would rate it one of the best agencies to work in South Africa.
