Excellent selling skills and listening skills
I have experience in both inbound and outbound sales. I have good quality selling skills and listening skills. I work well under pressure and in a team. I have a good relationship with my colleagues, we laugh a lot to make the environment more fun. We help each other to get the job done well. I have learned so many things about being patient with clients.

It is a wonderful company with lot of oportunities
every day is a different day at the office full of experiences everyone helping one another, has amazing opportunity to speak to different kinds of people on the daily and to learn from different people with different perspectives, grouth opportunities in life generally

Desktop Supervisor
I am in charge of dealing with escalations and resolving day to day conflicts between staff and business. Pleasing everybody can be a daunting task that requires a good understanding of what moves people as we are different. I enjoy seeing through projects and ensuring that every team member is rewarded for their efforts All executive incidents and requests are directed to me as they require professional service I am in charge of seeing through training of staff and assisting them with all calls they cannot resolve The greatest challenge about my position is juggling business and my team as it require high energy and great determination. I tend to enjoy seeing things through myself instead of delegating because I am a perfectionist
Pros: The company has a great culture and looks after their employees.
Cons: Self motivated, team player. not a clock watcher and very passionate.

Good experience
It is a good company to work for, there is growth and the management is in order, the only problem is the working hours and days because of we are always chasing targets so that we get paid good money because the commission structure is too low, and then again it depends on one's age and responsibilities because at this age and day no one want to keep guessing what their salary will be come pay day, you have met and exceeded your target and then they come and tell you about first premium unmet and cancellations and then your salary is screwed up

Learned about the insurance industry
The culture within the company is amazing, people are friendly. However in terms of learning and growth it is a bit slow. My co-workers are amazing people, easy get along with on work level and personal level. I enjoy learning about the insurance environment and the regulations applicable that have to be adhered to. The challenging about about the job is that some areas/processes are still in the development. Thus Auditing those processes can be challenging. However it is always great to provide value add recommendations to the client.
Pros: Incentive for quality work
Cons: No growth, very slow environment

Excellent learning curve,
Morning meetings updates on new products. Consistently dialling and reaching daily target, attending to clients complaints before introducing what u offering. Long hours, time keeping very important, lots of incentives, good pay if you work hard
Pros: Management always willing to help and motivates you
Cons: High pressure environment, selling product to people who does not want to speak to you

Good learning curve
I have learnt more about communication skills and whichever help to boost my confidence. The stressful moment is to work overtime which has no extra pay and coming through weekend really drained mind and body. The environment is perfect people there have harmony.
