There is a lot of cases to deal with on a daily basis. The work pressure is enormous. I have dealt with matter including labour, criminal, civil and drafting documents.

 Making and receiving calls  Making research  Identifying maters of litigious and non-litigious nature  Conduct interviews with clients seeking legal assistance  Opening of files/capturing notes on the system  Handling Motor vehicle accident matters  Dealing with blacklisting matter  Attending to uncontested divorce matters  Attending to protection order claims  Attending to consumer law disputes or claims  Attending to paralegal task that were made by lawyers e.g making follow ups concerning different matters  Assist clients with recession of judgments  Drafting letter of demands to third parties  Drafting divorce settlement  Attending to claims until there are finalised

Great company values, and motivation

Working here has thought me making coffee not because i have to but because i want to for the client that comes in to visit us after travelling for miles on a cold winter morning will not only warm your heart but promote my company image , i do love the company culture , and values ,a s well as their constant motivation , i love the people i work with , they are always willing to help and always there to guide u.

Excellent learning curve

I am a legal advisor, I am hard working and determined and always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow in my career. I work at a very busy environment with a lot of work that needs one to be desciplined in order to get their work done. I have a good relationship with my coworkers. I have learned to work under pressure and how to deal with difficult clients. I enjoy the fact that there are different cases that clients consults about and it needs one to do research and familiarize one's self on how to tackle matter. The most challenging part is dealing with clients from all age groups and some cannot differentiate between a legal and personal matter.

Cons: Long working hours and work load keeps on increasing
