Great working place with great experience
working at clicks was good because they are simply rule to follow such as greeting customers, ensuring that customers get basket, if they have more than two items, and communicating with customers due to make shopping easy at all time. We had good staff who are willing to help each other and who are willing to learn from one another. by working at clicks I have learn that all customers are important to the business and they should all be time Customer deserve great service all time, I always ensured that the customer are aware of promotional products or items.Clicks is on of those store that value customers service and I was one of the best flexible with good customer.

Customer service
Handling complaints and queries, managing staff, managing front shop, minimising queues, making sure that everyone is doing what they are supposed to, making sure promotions are executed correctly, working as a team to achieve best results is one of my strategies, training and development.

Proper customer service training and excellent learning curve
Customers are always right at clicks, their systems to follow through are done by the book everything gets done this way, its a very busy pharmacy as soon as the doors open the q's are the until closing time, i get along well with colleuges i am a peoples person after all, i have a great leader not a boss he encourages all his staff to always do better.

Excellent learning curve in working with different types of people
Am a hard worker looking forward to learning new things and improve my skills.A typical work day at work is dealing with different kinds of people in a professional way ive got a very good relationship with all my co workers.Working as a cashier i have learnt to be honest am working with cash and customers may leave their staff accidentally.I enjoy working the cause i get to meet new people everyday most challenging aspects is when you serve a difficult customer.

A growing point
a typical work day was not too demanding. My relationship with co-workers was semi professional. I learnt to deal with work relations, how to accommodate fellow workers. I enjoyed forming customer relationships. the most challenging part was dealing with shoplifters

Excellent learning curve
Working for clicks is quite ok, you meet different people with diferent characters. There is a way of grooming employees to treat other with integrity. I have learned my whole career at clicks from bieng a casual worker to bieng a manager. I enjoy dealing with different kind of people with different characters and the most challenging aspects is when facing very difficult customers complain or queries.

Excellent experiance
My previous company I have been working at, it was a good company I learnt so much from it, the team was great from management to the stuff we were a big nice family. Clicks is a good company they don't abuse their workers. The company code of conduct, values and rules they are the one who keeps the employees to work hard and honesty.

Thers alot of people that motivates you to reach for higher goals
Clicks is an excelent company where you can learn many stuff such as working on tills.workin with money.interacting with customers young and old and then you get the rude ones. and then theres thee employers.They are very friendly and nice to work with.

I have achieved best pharmacist award with Clicks group , I have ensured I mantain store budget.
Working at Clicks is a great opportunity because I happen to work in Township helping people who still doesn't know much about pharmacological treatment. The staff that I work with have always been supportive. The relationship with my staff is always a good one since I show my objective management skills. I have learnt the approach and demand at workplace vary from public sector to private sector. The moment I enjoy is when you educate the old age as you engage with them over counter the importance on sticking into medication usage. The challenges we have experienced is when government gave some of the chronic medication duties with Clicks as part of agreement now the volume has griwn .
Pros: The great opportunity for promotion with our Reps because they are so helpful with the new products and medication
