Proper customer service training and excellent learning curve
Customers are always right at clicks, their systems to follow through are done by the book everything gets done this way, its a very busy pharmacy as soon as the doors open the q's are the until closing time, i get along well with colleuges i am a peoples person after all, i have a great leader not a boss he encourages all his staff to always do better.
Pros: great networking system with customers and reps
Cons: retail hours are always a bummer

Good entry-level
It is a health and a beauty store which sthrives to remain the people's first choice all around the country and neighbors. The staff at Clicks is very friendly, we work well together because of good communication and respect which makes it easy for us to achieve our targets for we work as a team. There is growth in the company, however one must be willing to start from the bottom, there are different departments to progress to. At Clicks I have learnt to communicate well with people vebally (face to face) and nonverbally (writing emails , telephone enquiries etc.) think under pressure, put clients first for they pay our salary, grow a thick skin knowing that not everyone is going to treat me softly, expand my mathematics skills through counting the store's necessary calculations as well as my writing skills by writing down minutes whenever we have meetings.

I alway learn something new everyday at work and that motives me to my full abilities.
I think its so great and challenging to work with people because you'll find that they have different personalities so you have to try to understand each and every person weather its a customer or a colleague and once you got that you will enjoy each and every moment with them. In my opinion I believe that my colleagues are my family because I spend most of my time with them , it is them that makes me smile when I'm sad and also its them that advised me when I need advise I have a wrong relationship with my colleagues but when its work time we know we must work as I team .because teamwork is the key to success. I have learnt to appreciation everything I have in life including customers that comes in and out the shop and does small conversation that I have with them.
