Good day Im Roche Dumas, residing in Atlantis. Have various qualifications. Such as Woodworkers Theory N1, Plumbing N1, Carpentry and Roofing N2 and Mathematics and Building and Civil N3. I was doing an apprenticeship at the government for carpentry.After my practical phase was over I went back to college. I than got a 6 months contract with Affirmative Portfolios at the City of Cape Town as a process operator. Did sampling of water. Did general administration answered telephones. Also captured data. Im currently employed at Clicks as a wellness assistant.have undergone severel basic health care trainings aswell as product knowledge and slimming and fitness training. I would be great for this position as i can adjust to any working environment aswell as to working with people.

Learning opportunities, self taught
I taught myself most of everything I knew there. I felt stuck in one place the entire nine month and as a result I resigned. I had a good relationship with my co-workers and learned a lot about independence. I also learned a lot about service delivery. What I enjoyed the most was the interaction with my customers on a daily basis and would always look forward to that everyday. The most challenging aspects of my job was the long working hours. I would work twelve days and get every second weekend off. I was also at work on most public holidays.

Personal development
everyday is basic the same, attend to customers, dealing with medical aid and stock issues, space is very limited in the pharmacy and as co-workers we tend to be in each others space the whole time, although the relationship is good, as an introvert i had to master the ability to communicate with the patients and it is great how far i've come with that, the only problem i still encountered on a daily basis is conflict management - as far as the patients and co-workers go

Excellent expierence build up
Working for Clicks for 6years works in all the departments in the store . Currently working in receiving for 3years. Im a fast learner an also like to help to help others. Working with people and I can work on my own.

It teaches one how to work under pressure
There is a lot of work that needs to be done and not enough time. You are forced to learn how to cope under pressure. Working with pleasant customers and learning how to communicate and deal with difficult customers and situations as well.

I've learnt alot in clicks in 5 years m having
Clicks used tclicks used to be a better company before so I don't know what went around as our daily hours are reduced and no increase of salary rate yearly. er company before so no2 its a problem as working hours are reduced and we don't get increases yearly even bonuses

Risk is an behavioral issue
I manage currently a retail flag ship store, Pharmacy, front shop and clinic. My daily duties entail sales targets achieved, promotions, merchandising, stock control, policies, procedures, SOP (Standards of Operations) are adhered to and fully complied with. I manage a Pharmacy Manager and a frontshop manager with a Recieving Clerk on a daily basis. the store team is 38 members excl outside merchandisers. Store and stock controls is efficient to minimise risk and potential losses. IR / ER Management. Till Bank Discrepancies, Shorts & Overs applied.
