I've learned alot working with them.

Working is taught bt worth it life is taugh and full of challenges... So far in life I have not reached my final destination of success. I have strong believes and I love working with people. Working at clicks at first it was a challenge but I meet a strong team that helped alot and made me feel at home. In our company we encourage love for our team and our customers. I have learned how to work with a team, working with customers. And to be honest what I enjoy most now is getting to know the work and doing it my best. Mostly getting to interact with different people on a daily basis, lighten up my soul. Even though at times dealing with difficult customers becomes a challenge but a challenge I can manage. It is great working for clicks.

Excellent customer service

I believe in team work. Team work works and hardworking pays. I'm passionate about customers. I take my time in getting the work done but I deliver the quality of work. In this position I have learned to handle cash,placing orders,capturing of invoices. I'm ready to relocate at any time and work odd hours.

Fast learner and active.

I will be there for a change of the company's image and maintain the standard of the company. Hiring or giving me a chance there will be no regrets at the end.

Excellent working curve

It is great to work for clicks. But there always come a time when you seek better career opportunities and conditions. Clicks has taught me so much which im greatful for..I've been with the company for 6 years straight and its now time for change.

Excellent experience

I am working according to my work requirements. If the is more work then my first priority is to complete to my work within my shift hour or i can do stretch or overtime as well. I reach to work around 8:45 witch is 15 minutes before my shift starts, once i have clocked in, i check my counter, check if the counter is clean and ready for trade. Go to the office to print my weekly sales give feedback if necessary. Once the store is opened i help the customers to my best ability.

I have learned to work independently, and have grown professionally

I am a professional nurse who is willing to learn more, in a process of doing my degree in nursing through correspondence with Unisa. I have undergone an HIV counseling and testing course and the Dispensing of Medicine course, still awaiting certification.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I WORKED 3 YEARS AS A SHOP ASSISTANT CASHIER,WORKING 5 DAYS A WEEK,AND PARTICIPATING ON THE WORK IN THE COMPANY. I HAD A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WIHT MY COLLEGUES BY WORKING TOGETHER AS A TEAM,AND MANAGING ALL THE NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS. I HAVE LEARNT ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS IN A GOOD MANNER,AND GIVING THEM THE BEST SERVICE EVER.WHAT I ENJOY THE MOST IS TO SEE EVERY CUSTOMER HAPPY OF THE SERVICE WE ALWAYS GIVE,AND WORKING TOGETHER WITH MY TEAMMATES. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS IS WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPY OF THE SERVICE SHE/HE IS GETTING.THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTSOF THE JOB IS WHEN THERE IS SHORTAGE OF STAFF AND GETTING MORE COMPLAINTS FROM CUSTOMERS.

I enjoy helping others . And i believe in putting Allah God first.

At the moment I am working for Clicks Pharmacy in Lansdowne. The Pharmacy is in a very poor community and it is sometimes difficult not to accommodate everyone because many day's the patient's don't have access to the day hospital's due to gang villains,I think one of the biggest challenges is to show a patient's away because we can't help with their conditions.

Pros: It is a growing company
Cons: They always put the customer first and we are open everyday of the week

Excellent learning curve

i have customer service experience Supervising Maintanence Target driven computer literate OFFice admin Filling Data capturing Sales assistant banking Telephone skills Have been more than 10 years in retail inviroment an its been a pleasure doing all this things on different ocassions. I have a good relationship with co workers on professional terms.I enjoy customer service dealing with customer queries an helping customers. Most challenging aspects of my job is when i need to find a new product for customer cause the old one is discontinued an its a sensitive skin or she /he is indicisive about what they wants

Excellent learning curve

I have a good experience, I can also pack on the floor when we not busy & doing customer service, and I also help at the Stockroom when there's a DC, when I'm on tea or lunch when theres a line on the tills I don't mind to help
