Excellent learning curve to get experience

I love working with the team that I'm working with as they keep me motivated. The working environment is excellent because I have everything that I need there and my relationship with my co-workers is a dream because we're like a family. We have different sections to manage so when another worker is day off we actually mend our sections first and then attend to theirs and the other way around. What I've learnt is to be patient, understating, to always try to make a bad situation a positive one. The most challenging part of work is having to multitask when it's a busy day and sorting out customer queries but it's easy because you used to it so it becomes like second nature you you

Learning and development

I love working with people and my jib allows me to meet and help different tipes of people. Somedays are harder then others,but team work makes tasks go quicker. my team is lively and loves fun at work.

Great experience assisting people with placements everyday.

Great working environment, the teams are well managed and work ethics are great. The company has great bonus schemes and rewards.I have been with the company for over 5 years and have grown from a customer service agent to a secretary and now an HR administrator. I have come to love the HR environment and would like to grow within this sector.

How I work and what I had experienced

Working in both the retail and hospital sectors is the most challenging and thrilling experience one can have because you get to deal with a lot in a short period of time and you get to develop skills of working underpressure I worked with different people and from different diversity

Cons: I don't mind working long hours as long as the job Is getting done at the end of the day

Gaining Experience in the Finance component of a business

Such an excellent place to gain working experience in. Learning more about company group operations. Everyday I learn something due, so basically I am still in a learning curve. Such great personalities to work with and given the opportunity and responsibility of handling big accounts irrespective of what my job title is.

Excellent environment to think on your feet and deliver the best customer service

Working at Clicks I’langa mall was a great experience as there is always something new to learn, you are not just boxed into one activity. You learn different skills and tasks that keep the company at it full potential and thus creating an opportunity to use those skills to work hard and be promoted to the next level. I got to interact with different kinds of people and learned to adapt and study people so I could provide the, with the kind of customer service that they would like.

No learning or growth in the company

I recently moved from Purchase order to lean to trade to be a reconciliations clerk must say I was excited and looking forward to the new challenges and opportunities the work was going to bring. I work well with the team great communication and team work. I have learned a lot through my coworkers. But with the management not so much on communication, resulting int micromanagement which box you as an employee no growth or whatsoever. Learned a lot from the position still am with ways of And balancing the accounts. the
