Fast growing telecommunications company

Clickatell is a fast growing telecommunications company always launching new successful products. My part in the company is handling the switchboard and facilities, running company making sure that the staff is happy and comfortable in the workplace. My day to day is answering the phone, taking messages, ordering consumables and stationary as always making sure that the staff always has what it needs. I am a very friendly person and since being at the company I have developed a lot of good relationships with the staff. I learn something new everyday I enjoy learning new things and experiences that come with it. I enjoy that I get to talk to new people everyday telephonically and the walk in clients. There are always challenges with any job but nothing that is not hard to handle.

Pros: Meeting new people
Cons: No growth, when working overtime it is overseen

Learning something new everyday

Everyday is different depending on the work load. I have very good relationships with everyone I work with. I have learnt to multitask better than I did before, I enjoy most is the people and the culture. helping with Facilities can become very challenging because work scope varies and the having to cater to every staff members needs can become much but always easy to get by.

Pros: Quarterly bonus
Cons: Having to be on call at times

Excellent company to work for

I learn something new everyday and given different tasks and things learned to use programmes i have never used before. There are wonderful staff members at the company, even the top directors are amazing people. The are lots of benefits and they really look after their employees. No one is treated any different and they make you feel as part of the company. Friendly, warm and welcoming. I have learned so many things since the day i started. I enjoy the fast pace environment and the fact i learn something new every day. I enjoy every thing about Clickatell. My most challenging aspects are being given tasks i have no experience in and programmes i have never worked on before, but i love it.

It has also allowed me to become highly competitive within the company.

I am very competitive, organised, hardworking nature which makes me a great candidate for this position. The most challenging thing for me at Clickatell was loosing deals. However I have overcome this by making sure that my pipeline is large enough as a back up plan. The most enjoyable part of my work was to grow the business and revenue for Clickatell. Working at Clickatell has allowed me to implement my communication skills and initiative in a professional environment while providing a service for Clickatell’s customers. It has also allowed me to become highly competitive within the company.

Pros: Tremoudous amount of opportuntiy for growth within the company
Cons: Working late after 10.00pm that is when custoemers required your assistance

Its a company with a great working environment

Its a company with a great working environment ,amazing culture and diverse.I no longer work there I resigned from my previous role at the company The company dealt a lot with major banks and companies which made us of sms to communicate with their clients.
