Great company that has a culture based on diversity with high turnover, fast paced But manageable , great work culture and supervisor. Highly committed and encouraged team work With relationships strengths and a quick dive in assisting and trusting one another, compensation is fair with benefits. Cares for the environment and community with employee drives giving back to the community Dead lines back to back but manageable with Management support. Enjoyed having to meet deadlines, build strong relationship with clients and build business acumen while adding value to my skills.

Difficult company to understand, there is no teaching culture.

Flexible working hours, with options to work from home. Management more on information gathering rather than guiding. Difficult to maintain high moral due to office environment

Production driven

It is a great company to work for. There is excellent opportunities for growth and expansion in the areas for production and management. It is a very stable company that has great growth potential

Excellent learning curve

Working for CHEP is very rewarding, i learn allot and the company it self give me the tools to better myself everyday. I work well with my co-workers and if need be the company sends me for the necessary training i require. The most challenging aspect of the job is difficult customers but as the years go by i learn how to deal with a difficult customer and also become friends with them

Excellent Growth Opportunity

I am based at a customer site. I control all CHEP packaging on site. I do stock counts, order packaging and do returns. I work with logistics and the planners on site to meet the customer needs. I have a good relationship with all parties involved.

Pros: Working independantly
Cons: Extra efforts unnoticed
