I am natural proactive thinker who has new strategies to different situations with good interpersonal skills and very diligent, dedicated on client service delivery. I have proven to both myself and those in my surrounding to be a problem solver who has a strong organization, co-ordination, facilitation, networking skills, fundraising skills, good communication skills and a flexible person who also work extended hours when there is a need. A highly motivated, hardworking individual with a proactive attitude and does everything to the best of my ability. I’m experienced and enthusiastic to further learn, and very independent when it comes to work and always work extra mile where there is a need. I’m very friendly and has lot of respect for people and my seniors. Honesty is the principles I holds at heart and I’m is trustworthy and I’m always has the best interest in the client she serves.

Goal driven

Hi there First I would like to say my typing skills are excellent and I am very much goal driven. My relationship with co-workers is excellent I can work well in a team and also individually. what I have learned is the secrets to make the company successful like live as if the company was my own. what I enjoy most is winning the competition at work,like reaching my goals. The challenging aspect for me is working with difficult co-workers. thanks Lebo

Strategic, but intensely operation, multi country

Responsibilities extend beyond HR; actively involved in setting up "for profit" subsidiaries, new business development and writing and/or reviewing proposals for grants and/or new funding. My position enables me to make high level and operational decisions, excellent opportunity to work close with business and forge strong relationships with employees.

Pros: Opportunity to play very broad role
Cons: Funding is shrinking which impacts on business.

Im a fast learner and also a working hard person with resonsibilities

I'm a currently working in a company that demands most of my time . and also working under prresure which I enjoy that because that is challenging at some point. I am working six days a week . I am the only person who is driving in my branch but I am working as a team with my colleges and I have learnt that team work is the best thing to do because you get some other ideas from your collogues. The most challenging aspects in my job is that I am the only person who is driving in our branch meaning I have to forefiet my day offs .I have to sacrifice them .

Pros: not yet
Cons: sometimes i work more than 8hours a day

Growth

I started working as an Hiv Counselor /tester in Limpopo at an MMC clinic in 2013, after 3 years got promoted to be a Senior Counselor them after 6 months I was taken for a trainer training to be a Counselor trainer. In 2018 I got transferred to Work in COJ, 2019 in Ekuruleni as a HTS team leader. And I was given a chance to be in the Quality Assignments team for assigning new clinics that were opening in early 2019.I have learned a lot from the company and its projects. I am a team player and that makes me to enjoy working with my colleagues because I believe that a work place is where one spends a lot of time than at home. My daily duties are counseling and testing clients, stock taking and ordering, verification of daily stats, daily delagation to the team. Challenging part of the job is to discipline an older person than me whom is not doing what they are supposed to do. Another challenge is when we are not reaching our monthly targets as a team and turns to be a weaknesses for me.

Great colleagues, working environment, great learning curve

A day at chaps has its challenges like any other but they are all manageable, with the aid of good people who have become family, we all work well. I have learned a lot, priceless learning I have gained working at Chaps. I enjoyed the traveling to different clinics and hospitals who have partnered with chaps. Winter season is the most challenging at the target increases and work load almost quadruples but all works out well at the end.

Pros: Good people and working environment, learning something new almost every day
Cons: No room for growth

Excellent learning curve; and exciting position where I exercised my independence most of the time.

Chaps is the company providing male medical circumcision and HIV for the family for free. Is a non profit organisation based in Houghton with branches all over the country.

Pros: There is greater opportunity for promotion in future to project manager
Cons: Is 8 hours Monday to Friday but school holidays hours extended depending on number of clients.

It was an excellent learning curve

CHAPS is a great company, it is very hospitable towards employees and everyone has a great working relationship with one another. I enjoy working there as it is an excellent learning curve and a great opportunity to gain more experience.

GREAT EXPERINCE

IT WAS A FIRST TIME FOR ME IN THE WORK INDUSTRY SO I CANT COMPARE IT TO ANYTHING FROM BEFORE. IT IS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME AD IM ENJOYING EVERY SECOND. I WORK 8:00 TO 16:00 AND ITS NOT STRAINING AS I LEARN NEW THING EVERYDAY.
