A door to door recruitment and the ability to communicate with people

Monday to Sunday job, Working the hours that i want so that i can reach my target for the month at 15 people per month to circumcise, door to door recruitment, allowance to travel to any area to recruit, transport provided for people recruited. Relationship with my co-workers is excellent and perfect, sharing when one is short with candidates. I enjoyed traveling and meeting new people and different faces and places. Challenging aspect is when people recruited get off the bed when the procedure is suppose to take place, when recruited people do not come for the procedure at all

Pros: Non as the are selectors who are the ones who hire us
Cons: Long working hours do not affect me at all

Learning curve

I have a good relationship with co-workers, I enjoy working with them. I learned a few things where I am currently employed, logbooks, Creating database. The most challenging aspects of my job is to work long hours and doing one/same thing every day. New challenges are needed

Cons: The boss can't see that you are working hard or putting in extra hours, so you are judged more on the numbers than your work ethic and other intangible factors

Im a fast learner and also a working hard person with resonsibilities

I'm a currently working in a company that demands most of my time . and also working under prresure which I enjoy that because that is challenging at some point. I am working six days a week . I am the only person who is driving in my branch but I am working as a team with my colleges and I have learnt that team work is the best thing to do because you get some other ideas from your collogues. The most challenging aspects in my job is that I am the only person who is driving in our branch meaning I have to forefiet my day offs .I have to sacrifice them .

Cons: sometimes i work more than 8hours a day

Excellent learning curve

I am currently working at Chaps as a Procurement Officer. I’m involved in procurement; dealing with supplies, requesting quotation and processing purchase orders. I have amassed valuable experience in Client Liaison, Procurement, Dealing with suppliers, Office Management, Document management, Leave Management, Personnel Administration, Administration, Performance Management and Document Control in my working experience for the last 10 years. I have sound knowledge of Pastel Evolution and dealing with purchase orders also dealing with quotations, invoices and compliance over this 2 years I have worked at Chaps the NGO sector as a Procurement Officer. I have good organizational skills, coupled with good verbal and written communication skills. My computer literacy level is efficient. I also have good Interpersonal skills, Administrative skills, Negotiation, Networking, Problem solving, Decision making. I have the ability to work under pressure and willing to roll out sleeves on tasks allocated

Pros: Great opportunity and working flexi hours
Cons: No increase in the past year, contemplation of retrenchment due to lack of funding

*adhere to the rules and regulations of the organisation. *assist clinic manager with implementation on maintenance of all policies and procedures of the clinic. *responsible for scheduling clients visits. *maintenance of supplies. *filing, photocopying and printing. *maintenance of appropriate clients \patients record.

Excellent

I am natural proactive thinker who has new strategies to different situations with good interpersonal skills and very diligent, dedicated on client service delivery. I have proven to both myself and those in my surrounding to be a problem solver who has a strong organization, co-ordination, facilitation, networking skills, fundraising skills, good communication skills and a flexible person who also work extended hours when there is a need. A highly motivated, hardworking individual with a proactive attitude and does everything to the best of my ability. I’m experienced and enthusiastic to further learn, and very independent when it comes to work and always work extra mile where there is a need. I’m very friendly and has lot of respect for people and my seniors. Honesty is the principles I holds at heart and I’m is trustworthy and I’m always has the best interest in the client she serves.

Excellent learning curve; and exciting position where I exercised my independence most of the time.

Chaps is the company providing male medical circumcision and HIV for the family for free. Is a non profit organisation based in Houghton with branches all over the country.

Pros: There is greater opportunity for promotion in future to project manager
Cons: Is 8 hours Monday to Friday but school holidays hours extended depending on number of clients.
