Rolling with the challenges

No day is the same and you have to be on your toes all the time.Curve balls are a regular event and company politics are center stage.I have a good working relationship with co-workers they find me difficult but fair. I have learnt to roll with the punches and make each one a learning experience and a challenge. I enjoy the diversity of the people and the day to day challenges. The same diversity can be the most challenging aspect of the job.

Pros: Team that is consistant with all the challenges
Cons: Political interference

No growth, few calls, little group.

Learnt a lot at my company. Business is slow get less than 25 calls per day. I learn to monitor fraudulent activities and attention to details. Suspicious transaction and syndicates. Monitor activities done on customers transaction and assist in getting third parties involve in arrest. Deal with difficult customers and the ones that claim to be the real customers. Capturing of new contracts and speaking to a wide group of merchants in your database on a daily to clear or authorize their cheques.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn about mitigating, cheques.
Cons: No growth, no benefits, no increase in salary
