every work day is challenging, because of new students and the process of assisting them with their daily needs, my relationship with co-workers is great because we get along and they have thought me a lot. i have learnt adjustments, invoicing, credit and debiting and calculating the daily Banking documents to Balance on a daily basis. i enjoy assisting students and seeing them happy if they had a problem makes me happy, the most challenging aspect is the Monthly target that we have to achieve.

Experiencing multiracial environment working towards one goal
It is good to get such experience because you get more flexible with any race, gender or tribe and get more professional in not mixing personal issues and business.

Very flexible and easy to work with
I am very motivated and enthusiastic when working with my colleagues. I enjoy working with people as i am an approachable person.I have gained and extensive experience of offering advise to students, dealing with complaints and monitoring sales. I communicate with my clients via emails and calls.
Pros: It is a very good environment of sales as i am gaining experience.

VERY GOOD LEARNING CURVE
WHEN THEY HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE,INSTATE OF TRAINING ME BECAUSE I STUDIED TOWARDS THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT COURSE THERE IS NO GROWTH THEY DON PROMOTE AND MOTIVATE THIER STAFF NO SALARY INCREASE NO PERMANATE POSITION FOR EVERYONE

Experience earned
I learned a lot on that company I was indeed a great experience to work there I had to stop working there because it was not a permanent job. It was a contract one .

great relation with other staff in academia. gives you more time in the classroom and assessments exposure. continuous improvement management system is available in all the areas.

Excellent learning curve
Excellent relationship between staff members and management. A great place to work. Central Technical College has great working hours though growth is very minimal because of the size of the company.

Excellent learning curve
It is a great learning curve, most challenging career ever but above all I have leaned alot of new ideas that I can be able to apply else where. If I can get to the many that they don't induct me well I can be able to find answers or ask around because I want to know other products or aspects of the company. what is going in the company or where to find

An interesting industry to work at
It is busy sometimes attending back to back classes. My co-workers are very supportive. The most challenging aspects of the job is that the job requires a lot of paper work which consumes a lot of lecturing time.
