An Amazing Learning Environment

The organization is a very fast paced working environment that encompasses mostly females who are very friendly. The HR Department is dealing with my daily tasks, meet timelines for projects I head. I enjoyed every challenges I have faced as I have grown both personally and professionally.

Cons: No annual leave accumulated and No benefits

Excellence learning environment

Working at Caprisa have made gained a lot of experience and able to work with different communities around Durban. I have a good relationship with my Mentors. The most challenging aspect of the job is trying to explain the difficult questions that sometimes participants ask about the study

Learning curve

The job was interesting. I would always be tasked to perform different tasks, I enjoyed that because I learnt so much end developed my skills. I would do counseling, admin, data capturing, quality check, educating, as well as recruiting. We worked well with my colleagues with respect for one another
