Good day. I always start my day with a smile and a positive attitude. I strive to make the best out of everything. I am motivated and driven in reaching my daily targets goals and take pride in what I do. When I get at work, I'll greet everyone, make my cup of coffee and immediately start working. When my colleagues ask my help I always try to help with a smile and I leave my problems at home. At the end of the day I greet and go and spend a lovely evening with my husband and daughter.

ITAKE CALLS, SENDING E-MAILS, TYPING,COPYING DOCUMENTS

TAKING CALLS, ANSWERING QUES THERE IS A LOT OF TEAMWORK, I LEARNT TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE,I ENJOYED MOST WHEN WE ARE ALSO ALLOWED TO TAKE LEAVE, GOING OUT HOLDING MEETINGS AND MEET WITH OTHER COMPANY AND SHARE INTERESTED THE MOST CHALLENGING IS WHEN PEOPLE COMMEND AND SPEAK IN AN ARROGANT ATTITUDES, SOME OF THEM THEY DON'T RESPECT INTERNS IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO ADDRESS SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T TAKE YOU SERIOUS AND CALL YOU AN INTERN.FROM VISITORS

Excellent work experience

Work day is from 8am to 4pm, which is convenient for since I study part time. Relationship with co-workers has been the best experience, they take time to teach you staff, you don't know and they can be patient. I've learnt to be able to work under pressure and that serving others is the best, giving financial advice to people have been helpful for my personal financial situations. I enjoy meeting different new people and spending time in the office and learning new things everyday. The challenging part is also working on weekends and studying at the same time, however it gets better everyday.

Furthering/enhancing my career

.We are like a cohesive family .I've learned more especially about team work.i enjoyed helping people it gives me a pleasure to receive a thank you after every assistance.what challenges me is standing long hours without seating down and i do little of paper work thus i strive for experience in the finance field.

Pros: There are team awards for reaching targets
Cons: There isn't much of exposure to the field of work i studied for.There's no career growth within the company

Great learning experience

Very diverse work day, learnt a lot about the facilities side of an organisation. No 2 days are alike Ownership of my day is on myself Challenging aspect is too much red tape,. No ownership. Hierarchical management structures

Excellent learning curve

My aim is to obtain the 2 year experience in other to qualify for a national diploma in management assistant and my aim is to provide a positive in the working organization an also to gain communication skills through my collogues that I will preferably work with in capitec bank at any branch. I would like to be considered as the employee as it was my dream to find myself working at capitec bank.

I'm samukelisiwe ngubane from mpumalanga witbank, i have bachelor deegre and high certificate in marketing from university of zululand, i was assisting as a lab assistant and tutoring business management at university of zululand, i also work as a personal assistent at Roadsise raging and truck hire for two years. I'm excellent in macrosoft word, excel and powwerpoint, able to work with diversity people, i have strong relationship in customer service.

I can work under pressure and I promise to be present during my working hours I also hope that you won't regret your by giving me job.I can work any where around South Africa I can work over time I also know that customers are very important. The important thing I know is that to hit the target by convincing customer to take an amount that he or she is qualified to get it as loan and I know that I have to let the customer how much he or she must pay every mouth.
