Obtained certificate in accounting currently studying for a degree

I am willing to start from junior level and grow to be a fully developed individual. Currently I am working for a financial institution that drives client service and doing daily face to face client facing activities. I do banking in general, operate cashier, telemarketing and filling. One has to knw that at any time you might help a client or even disappoint certain clients though it comes with the courage and willingness to give proper client care.

Pros: Engaging with different people at all times and learning financial behaviour of individual.
Cons: Growth, the company does not have different departments.

A great stepping stone

Because I want to work in an industry that requires me to work with a lot of different people with different personalities, I feel working at Capitec Bank is giving me that overview of what it'd be like when I now have venture into the Aviation Industry. Because currently I have to be flexible to working with people whom are different. I need to be understanding, yes sometimes its difficult but I think when you know the end goal. Obstacles that are in your way, you try and maneuver through them and in doing so you get to also learn what it is that your able to put up with and tolerate. Obviously as individuals we have boundaries and in a big organisation like this, of is very important for each of us to respect each others boundaries.

It really helped in terms of growth and experience

It's a good company to work for especially if it your first real job, you learn different aspects of the banking industry and it helps you grow as an individual because you do everything like deposits, consulting, complaints and compliments to mention a few.

Cons: Salary is too low and there's no bonus and you work very long hours
