My expectise at workplace

I like to work in a most challenging environment. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and believe in teamwork spirit . I have learnt to become flexible at workplace and have a desire to participate at various sections of the company as I have cherished the belief that , that will benefit the mind and soul to learn and achieve great things both personally and for the success of the company. I don't mind to work under pressure and for extended hours . I am always interested in new adventures. I always like to ensure that the daily operations meet and exceed the daily performance expectations.

Willing to learn

I have been working for the past 10 years as a recruitment specialist for capacity outsourcing based in modderfontein and during the time I managed to obtain a higher certificate in human resource management.

Excellent ability to adapt easy

Supply the correct number and right caliber of staff on a daily as client spec. Observe and monitor staff performance through out working hours. Conduct work study to assist client with production improvement and managing input cost. Recruitment and selection of right fit employees, developing and retaining workforce through identifying required skills. Developed motivational tactics and make a conducive workplace as well as good communication with individuals and group of employees. Keeping employees satisfied with both their job and company is always challenging.

Excellent learning curve

Yes i learn a lots of things here because i was in engineering companies. So i learn more about mining industry and also we work as a team and always safety come first

Great company VW "capacity "

Its always an easy way hence everyday comes with a new challenge to learn new greater things. My relationship with my coworkers is extremely fabulous although at times we might find it hard to keep up but we learn Everything which is done is time based and everything which is done has to be limited When coming to box's named VOR,those are the once that has to be get going as quickly as possible. Working under pressure

Excellent

I would like to develop my status and gain more expirience as I had been doing as SHOP team leader in such chain.More active in any department and value every item within the inveroment.,to lead people with passoin.
