I had a great opportunity, learnt many things a person in my position would not. Which is the benefit of working for a smaller company. The company has now started moving in a more corporate environment, and there is no opportunities for promotion.

In possession of national diploma mining engineering, Btech mining engineering and bsc in geology and mathematics. I have good interpersonal skills, good relationship with workers
