The Real Deal

A typical day at work is talking to new people every single day and learning something new, as well as engaging with different personalities. Every day brings a new challenge,however it's how you overcome it. My co-workers are absolutely amazing and we learn from each other ,as well as help each other when in need. I have learnt to be more assertive, strong minded, confident, learnt to handle pressure and turn every challenge faced into victory. I enjoy meeting and talking to new people, testing myself as I love to see how much I can handle as well making sure I am happy and so is everyone around me. The most challenging part of my job is seeing the people around me sad,as well as not being able to provide a service due to the client not meeting the criteria. Overall I love challenging the status Quo.

Cons: no cons, as everyday is a new challenge

Inbound call centre.. customer service's

I enjoyed assisting others in need if help.. Getting along with work colleges is what I enjoy.. I've learnt that in order to succeed you have to fail and be better than that also that nothing comes easy you have to strive your uttermost to achieve your goals

Pros: The fact that there was growth in the company and I was good at my job and knowing the skills to share

Experience

My experience at CCI was good only because of the people I worked with and my team manager. CCI as a whole needs to work on how they treat their employees and improve on their managerial skills. My team became my family. We stood as a whole always, supported each other through and through. The campaign I work for needs to improve as well. CCI needs to start to value their employees and stick to their one family one dream slogan. I have gained so much there, experience wise. It was challenging trying to keep each and every customer happy if things are beyond your control as an agent

Vacancy application

Working with people teaches you to humble yourself at all times. I've dealt with various customers telephonically for over 3 years and believe me, we learn and grow everyday. I had no insurance background when I was introduced to the existing motor claims department, the training at CCI was extra ordinary, I can proudly say they have groomed and guided me. I enjoyed determining liability and enjoyed a lot of Admin work as I am a hands on person that loves brainstorming. With the help of our management team we pulled through every difficult task and making sure we meet our monthly targets. No employment is difficult, it's what you set your mind to achieve that makes you love your job. I have grown from my current employment place hence I look for more growth and experience elsewhere. Kindly grant me the opportunity for an interview Regards

Good IT Foundation

A good company to get into to start your career. Not a place you want to be in more then a few years at most. A lot of experience to be gained. Salary is significantly below average unless you are from overseas working as a director or other exec.

Pros: You can learn alot by working with alot of different people.
Cons: Doesnt pay much. To much favouritism

Excellent learning curve

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE! Itwas such an eye opening experience for me i have worked in cx service before but not on that scale and the hours are different to what im used to but im glad that i was apart of it all. It has thought me a great feal about muself and the call center industry as a whole an there is always room for improvement in anything we generally do in life. I can say that bieng in a call center environment made me come out of my shell and get used to working under tremendous amonunt of pressure for long hours and still strive at it, and working in a team because if one wants to strive in a team ine needs to work well with other's in order to carry out the task at hand efficiently

Hard working,and family ties.

Fun activities scheduled for employees and management stuff,we treat each other with respect and also help one another. Hardworking days will be everyday especially if u work the weekends it becomes very challenge but,hard work pays

Growth assurance

I have gaiI've have gained a lot of experience working at CCI. Thanks to the support from my previous team leaders and Operations Manager, I was given opportunity to grow, which is how I got to my current position. The Step-Up program ensures that deserving candidates, despite race, age or gender make to leadership positions. Working at CCI requires a certain amount of level-headedness and personal drive for you to succeed and grow because, as much as there is growth, working with so many people means you need focus in order not to be taken into the negativity. The only reason I would consider moving is the long hours and remuneration because I'm not afraid of hard work.

it was okay nothing wrong with the people that work its just that everyone will eventually knw your business because of the talkative people and the management is unprofessional and very bias when it comes to decision making
