My job title is a customer service consultant we deal with queries and placing orders for our customers .my typical day at work starts by greeting our team members with hugs the going to our emails to check what task are allocated to us by our team leaders. What I enjoy most is that each and every individual knows what to do we don't have bosses running around because we are behind with our work.sTaff is very friendly and approachable

Pros: The people in this company have been for many years and the are lots of promotional opportunities in different departments and you can also grow within the company
Cons: Long working hours the bus strike is really affecting our work perfomance
