Great learning curve

A great work environment for team work. Places pressure on an individual to want to reach store targets in order to earn extra income. Company does not offer much fringe benefits and working hours are quite long. Teaches how to offer clients/customers highly excellent customer service.

Pros: Great for learning customer service skills, team work, working under pressure as well as being target driven.
Cons: Long working hours, little pay, minimum employee benefits.

Conerstone

I worked in 5 different company's and learn a lot from meeting new and different people every day. I learn that people have different experience so its best to give the best service when u get an opportunity to do so.

Lots of work all the time

Open boxes pack stock in store r ibt stock in merchandising and paperwork, make sure there is always some on the floor at all times but sometimes we short staffed

The experience is amazing

Busby is a great company i enjoy working there and with the opportunity they had given me i was able to learn how to deal with various people with different attitude and all. I am very professional towards each and every customer that enters the store and i also learnt that i need my customers more then they need me. customer service is always the key and also keeping the store neat so it can be easy for customers to shop around the store

Pros: Great experience to working with all kind of people
Cons: Some customers can be difficult but you need to keep your cool and be professional anyway

Easy to get along with.
