Excellent learning curve

My company is one the toughest place to work at if u don’t have a long temper u will loose it, out restaurant is one of the busiest in the mall working at Burgerking has Been one good to build your ego you will mature over time, and learn the proper way of Talking to guest and give u a clear idea on ways to handle yourself to avoid fights on a typical day we always busy you can’t sit and talk we always working hard, at work we have great team work we always helping each other, we have a good sense of agency and a good reaction time guest is our main focus, I enjoyed the team work we have and the friendship that we have at work

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion

It is good company but no benefits

I like working for this company but I still believe that if they would rather implement benefits like, provident fund, pension fund car allowance to the assistant manager and above, and create promotion based on the performance of an individual not by colour of your skin, everyone would love to work for such company.

Pros: no opotunity for promotion
Cons: long hours
