Excellent learning curve

Excellent relationship with my manager and seniors and the employees. I am an all rounder. I sometimes work as a receptionist or as a weighbridge clerk in the operations department I work 8 hours and I love being outside more on the plant and engaging with employees. It can get stressful when there is an audit coming up.

Pros: Great starting point for my career and enormous amount of knowledge received and the company is paying for my studies

Good working experience

you learn something new everyday. friendly environment. good relationship with co-workers. the hours are really long, but working with a good team makes the hours pass by quickly.

Excellent company to learn different skills.

Bulk Connections, A division of Bidvest Freight has a good reputation in the field. It boasts a culture of family and close knit relationships. We work as a storage for raw materials such as manganese and chrome ..And the targets for storage from vessels to the storage is always mtt if not exceeded. and even exceeded. The pretty incentive is always motivation.

Pros: Great company with a huge opportunity to learn.
Cons: Small in numbers so opportunity for growth is really limited.
