Good communication .

I have learned a lot at builders as im cashier and also a switchboard operator and also leraned good customer service as well as how to prevent shrinkage in the business. Most importantly i also got to train as an human resource administrator. I also got to learn about the 3 metre rule where you approache , ask and advice a customer where its needed. My collegues are good poeple to work with . One thing have also learned is being pattient on an angry customer . Working as cashier can be challenging at times cause you work with money that means i have to be focust at most times..

Cons: We open 7 days a week so long working hours..

I have gained a lot of experience as a receiver and a future manager

Working for builders has been quiet challenging since there is a lot of back stabbing and always there is high levels of communication breakdown.but I have learned a lot at the company since when I come I was blank minded interns of how admin operates and current I know most of the tasks regarding admin.the working hours there are very long and strainers.they develop staff members into a fully equipped individuals for other vacancies.

i m a strong person. can work under pressure patient and puntuality is my middle name. team work and perseverence. filling and receptionilist i i have experince. call center also i did. i once have stock control of the year 2014...neat and tidy is mine
