Assisting customers, Floor manager duties. Ensuring staff do their everyday daily duties, ensuring that stock gets unpacked by staff.Chexking how business is peforming, finding ways to increasing sales for store as well as to ensure store is compatative when it comes to pricing

Striving for Excellency

Working under this company it's a privilege. I have learned and grow so much in this industry. Company have developed me so much through Cordes and training. You have to plan your day before kick_start. Most of my days are always typical. I prioritize my duties based on agency. I have built a strong bond relationship with internal and external customers. Relationships with my coworkers it's so crucial as we need one another to make the business successful. I have learned a lot with the company. Went to several courses and training such as below >Managing Employee Relations >Intermediate Management_Coaching >Retail Finance >SAP Purchasing Basics >NQF4 Supervision in wholesale {current training} I enjoy working with people who understand what is required from them The job is so challenging overall, as you always do something different on a daily basis

i am a fast learner and good in what i'm instructed to do i any one who will hire me will never regret because i am good in working you can call me a hard worker.

We worked well as a team and friendly with customers. Meeting customers expectations at all time Making sure everyone is happy at the end of the day. Handling cash well Meeting targets at the end of each day Most challenging day is not knowing if you will balance when cashing up

Training as a DM

I have a problem solving skill, I solve lots of problem durig the day helping my line manager with floor duties from time totime. employees take me as a person to talk to when they have issues in their personal or work related issues. what I do on daily basis is help my customers to their full satisfaction by making sure that they have stock on time, ordering special products they need and making sure they never leave empty handed. I make sure that my bucket is full and always do add ones. I take more responsibility than what my job description says, I am open to new challenges everyday. I never let my personal problems get in the way of my job. I enjoy leaving customers with a smile and I really love meeting the target set for me all the time, but doing so while am most sure that am ethical as possible thanks you.

Pros: learning more and achiving my gaos with the businnes gaol.
Cons: working with no stock
